Kinda slow day on water- however could have been a great day if I was able to get a few more to net. Only 2 fish to net -both 17-18" bows on yellow streamer. Missed a bunch - some on for good 30 seconds. Never expect a lot of fish on this property but all are great healthy fish. Not much happening on top even with severa different droppers. Streamers brought most fish = good day on a great piece of water. ~ Billj -- September 26th, 2017

Started slow, to cold and started a bit to early I think... Had the whole property to myself. But when the Sun finally showed up and Epic Day on the Yampa. 20+ Rainbows/Browns over 18" and one 22" fat 5lb+ pig. Oh and I did catch a few little ones too. I started at the bottom of the property below the RR bridge and worked my way to the top. Most fish caught on Pat's Rubber legs, love that fly. The rest on Eggs and various Foam Back Emergers. End around 3pm to meet up with Family. I post a couple of shots up on FB. Love the Yampa. ~ George Schmidt -- October 14th, 2016

This is really a nice property. Lots of pools and deep runs. Water at 60 CFS so could use a little more but enough for good fishing. 8 to 10 fish with 4 bows 18-19" and healthy. A couple of browns to 14 " and the rest 6-8" bows. Most ( and all large) fish on small bugger(black) and green leach pattern. Not much on dropper under dry or hopper. There were two other fisherman who were having good luck with dropper ( CJ's) so think I was not deep enough. One very large Pike who I messed with for awhile but when he got tired of it " not a fair fight". We are lucky to have this property. Enjoyed it very much. ~ BJameson -- September 29th, 2016

Fished great even though warmer water conditions. Fished deep holes with split shot and deeper runs. Most fish took burgundy worms and trico nymphs. Also a few on trico adults on the surface. Best fishing is early and late. For most recent conditions contact RMAC office or Steamboat Fly Fishers ~ Wes -- August 17th, 2016

Beautiful ranch property. Water was low warm weather and water so fishing was slow caught 7 fish between 14-20 inches all below the surface 12-18 inches on the drop. Would like to go back in the early to late spring ~ Bill Mark -- August 4th, 2016
